Restrictive Practices Court 〈英〉限制贸易惯例法院 1956年成立的高级法院,由御前大臣任命的高等法院的三名法官、苏格兰最高民事法院院长任命的本法院的一名法官和北爱尔兰首席法官任命的北爱尔兰最高法院的一名法官,以及不超过10名具有工业、商业和公共事务方面的知识和经验的人员组成,任期至少3年。它可以在联合王国的任何部分开庭,但其分庭要由至少一名法官和至少两名被任命的专业人员组成,有关法律问题的事项依法官意见作出裁决,其他事项依多数意见作出裁决。在制定法上存在推定某种限制违反公共利益的情况下,法院有权裁决该限制是否违反公共利益。
